Hi Aone
ReplyDeleteYou have listed some good facts here about the early encounters in Aotearoa. Remember that Aotearoa is the Maori name for New Zealand meaning Land of the Long White Cloud.
Abel Tasman and the dutch explorers named it Nova Zealandia which is dutch for New Zealand.
It would be helpful if you put the year when they ratio was 40 Maori to 1 Pakeha.
Keep working hard :)
Hi Aone,
ReplyDeleteyou should change your blurb and say who found Aoetearoa, AKA New Zealeand, the reason why i'm asking you to change it because people from around the glob might be confused to who found New Zealand.
